Individual arrival in AMS and check-in at event hotel

Bus transfer from the football fields back to the event hotel

BBQ & Party at Hangar Oost, Zuiderzeeweg 6H, 1095 KG Amsterdam
(transfers back to the hotel will be provided at 22.00h, 23.00h and midnight)
Sunday 4th June
Individual departure
The Embraer Football Tournament will be held on Saturday 3rd June at the football club RODA, Noorddammerweg 48-C, 1187 ZT Amstelveen
Teams and individual participants that are located in the Netherlands can directly join the Tournament in th morning from 8.00h onwards. Free parking is provided.
Each team will have their own changing room facilities as well as access to lockers for valuable items.
Registration
All participants must register individually via this website. Participants must be airline employees and/or business partners of Embraer.
The number of participants is limited so teams will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis.
Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Deadline for registration is 5th May 2023.

Hotel information
Embraer arranges for and covers the cost of accommodation for two nights (2nd and 3rd June 2023) incl breakfast for participants that are airline employees. Participants that are employees of other entities, such as lessors or other suppliers, are required to cover the cost of their accommodation themselves. They can, however, benefit from the specially negotiated hotel rate at the Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport.
Accommodation consists of twin rooms to be shared by two players. Female participants will receive an individual room, unless there are two female players in a team.
The event hotel is the Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, Melbournestraat 1, 1175 RM Lijnden
The hotel offers free parking and a free airport shuttle for all hotel guests.
If you choose to take a taxi from the airport, please follow the sign to the official taxi stand.
Do not accept taxi services offered to you unsolicitedly. Official taxis have a blue number plate – do not step into a “taxi” that does not have a blue number plate! Alternatively, you can order an Uber. The pick-up point for Ubers is in front of the Sheraton Hotel, outside Arrivals 4.
Rules of the Game
The main mission of the day is to spend an unforgettable day together with networking, fun and sportive challenges & achievements and celebrating and sharing good times together. But of course, the Games are serious business 😉 and we encourage you to have matching outfits for your players and bring the flag of your country or mascot if you have!
Matches are played 7-a-side on half-size fields and teams can consist of up to 10 players.
If your team does not have enough players, please inform Embraer so that we can provide you with substitute players to complete your team.
If you have a lot more than 10 players, you can send two teams – the more the merrier!
We at Embraer strongly believe in fair play – in every aspect of life, so we will be handing out the much-coveted Fair Play Cup again for the team that displays the best sportive team spirit! 🙂
Embraer arranges for and covers the cost of accommodation for two nights (2nd and 3rd June 2023) incl breakfast for participants that are airline employees. Also covered are:
* Bus transfers between the event hotel and the football fields and to the dinner location and back to the hotel on Saturday 3rd June
* Catering during the tournament and dinner on Saturday evening.
Any additional costs (room service/mini bar, taxi fares etc.) outside the above-mentioned have to be covered by the participants themselves.
Health & Safety
All participants must ensure to have adequate insurance coverage for active sports events abroad.
All participants must be able to provide proof of insurance (insurance card) during the event.
Drink responsibly on the day (intoxicated people can be denied drinks or entry to the venues).
